Track 3 of the 2012 Ironic Twists And Tales Ep

lyrics

I have danced in fire
Tangoed on the devil's grill
Welcomed all desires
Yeah had each of them fulfilled

Morals to the graveyard
Hell I put them all away
Put on Satan's makeup
And I've rearranged decay

But now when all the kings and queens
Become the slaves of their own doctrine

When the wolves walked amongst the sheep
I wonder what they reaped
Or where they ever here?

We were always on the run
Nightly creatures from light shunned
We had nothing left to fear
With black magic in our ears

Viewed upon as Satan's spawn
The wooden churches were forlorn
Draped in fire hearts ablaze
War was on with sword and mace

And now when all the true are gone
I find myself alone below

As if the darkness was in vain
And what was ever gained
Nothing

Remember the sparkling in our eyes
How to the full moon we howled
In the forests in the night
When the black flame was alight

Winter cold was crystal clear
Faces frozen in total fear
Wrapped in spikes and bullet belts
All equipped to rule in hell

Though this comes as no surprise
Manmade plastic in disguise
As the memories echo on
Shaped by kings the plague was born
